Safety is a priority for Esary Roofing and Siding Co. Inc. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all of our employees, our customers, contractors, and their employees. All jobsites are inspected on a regular basis by our in-house Safety Director, and we are continually updating our safety program to meet and exceed local Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA) requirements.  We are proud to say that Our Accident Prevention Program is one of the best in our industry and has received many accolades from Labor and Industries. We hold weekly safety meetings, and job site specific fall protection plans are created for every job site. For all commercial projects, a site specific accident prevention program is developed and followed through with daily safety meetings before work begins. Weekly on-site safety reviews are performed by our Safety Director.

All new employees go through safety and fall protection training program before they start work, and all employees to attend safety and fall protection classes. All employees are drug tested upon hiring and are subject to random drug screenings during their employment.

Along with Fall Protection training, workers are trained and certified in the following:

• Forklift Training
• Scissor Lift Training
• Man Lift Training
• Truck/Vehicle operating Training
• Propane Safety and Torch Safety Training
• Roofing Chemical Training
• Heat Stress and related illness training
